Purchased a Groupon for a friend and myself for a gel mani and a regular pedi. Service was HORRIBLE!
Apparently one of the nail techs was a no-show so they had just one tech take care of both my friend and I at the same time. The tech had an UGLY ATTITUDE and did a VERY POOR JOB. She rushed through the service and didn't provide even the standards you come to expect with getting your nails done: no cleaning under the nails, no massage, no oil on the cuticles, etc. Also, I am 'blessed' with having a very small pinky toe nail and the tech had the gall to ask what she was "supposed to do with it"! In all my 30+ years of existence I have never had a nail technician ask such a thing! A true professional would do their job without incident and not INSULT a client.
The salon itself leaves a lot to be desired. Looks like it's trying too hard to be something it's not. The staff seem like they have LITTLE TO NO EXPERIENCE, the decor doesn't fit with the space it's in and it's definitely NOT A 'LOUNGE' by any stretch of the imagination.
I thought this would be a nice Girl's activity but we left SORELY DISAPPOINTED. I will not be a repeat customer and I do not suggest this place to anyone. I wrote a similar review on Groupon but of course it won't show on their site so BUYER BEWARE!
