Very poor customer service. I have been going there for awhile on and off for laser hair removal. Their touch-up prices went up and are way more expensive than other hair removal businesses. I recently bought a buy one get one free for my underarms, which is considered a small area. I wanted to use my second service on my bikini line (which I have had treated there before) and is also a small area. The main front desk woman would not let me do it. She made some excuse that because it was in the system, she could not change it?? I have already paid, so just leave it how it is in the system and have the technician do my underarms. Completely ridiculous. Just being difficult. There are many other places that offer this service, so if you work in this industry, you should go above and beyond in customer service. -Jennifer
