I'm so beyond over this place. I highly highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. They cannot keep appointment times. They do not appreciate your business or make you feel welcome. The staff are grouchy and chat among themselves throughout your session, never giving their full attention and causing mistakes and slow service. When they make a mistake, (ie SNS lasting a week when it's supposed to last at least three) they make you feel bad for asking for a repair. When they are busy, they make you feel stressed. Only a couple of the techs have great skills, so if you are stuck with someone else you're SOL.
Yes, this salon is pretty on the inside, and they do have a lot of colors. But don't be fooled. They do not care about their customers or about giving you a nice relaxing experience. This is a churn and burn operation. If you want to be welcomed, relaxed and pampered with beautiful results, don't go here!
