Nikkie was fantastic! I was running late for my appointment and she was so sweet and understanding about it; completely professional when I arrived even though I inconvenienced her.
Her office/room was warm and welcoming as well as very clean. She is knowledgeable about her services which is extremely important to me since there are complications and reasons to worry when receiving any wax treatment. It wasn't that painful and she did a great job. She was fairly quick as well and her prices are extremely reasonable. (Compare to any other spa service in Charlotte). I will certainly be using her services again as well as recommending to my friends and family.
Even though it's a slight longer drive being outside of the city, it is totally worth it and I would advise using her services. :)
