I used to love this place. What happened to it? I went with my husband and 3 daughters. My husband ordered an ice tea and requested sugar 3 separate times, I finally had to ask her in a not so friendly tone, not once did she ask if we want refills ect. My husband's rolls came out first, 30 minutes later I asked what what happened to my kids rice and Habachi? She forgot to place the order. My daughter's were crying because they were hungry. I was so upset. I have never not tipped before, but today was the first time. Zero tip for you, and I wrote her a message on the receipt. I wrote "Get better customer service".
