This airport is really, really, old. It kind of shows. I noticed it wasn't very clean throughout the airport which was a rather sharp departure from other airports I've been to recently.
This airport also seems kind of old and small. I think with a nice set of updates, this airport could really shine. Cleveland is a cool city, so I think it needs to have a cool airport, too!
I will say that everyone I met at this airport was really nice though, which was welcome and appreciated. The woman driving the bus to the rental car area was very kind and interesting and this was the first thing I noticed about the good people of Ohio.
But seriously, it's time to renovate.
