Thieves! Stealing from people just to collect more money! Their such a greedy company! I signed up back in 2009 with a friend, her grandmother put her card down and was to pay for us. We stopped being friends and apparently her grandmother never cancelled the membership so when I went to sign up in 2013, I was told I owed $700. Thanks LVAC for letting me know my membership was never cancelled. If payment was missing, why didn't you call someone instead of just leaving it to collect... Anyways, so when I went to sign up, I was told if I settled with them for $400 it would clear my collections and they would give me a 2 year membership. So I did it. That membership ended in 2015 and was offered a 1 year membership for $179. I wasn't in the place to re-sign as I had only used my 2 years membership maybe 1 month out of 2 years... So now, I went back this weekend to sign up month to month since I do not want to pay it all up front, nor do I have that kind of money to continually pay 2 years in advance. I even brought my mom to sign up. We did the paperwork they charged my card (twice!), only to call me a day later and say "oh well you owe money from an old collection account so we can't sign you up for month to month you need to pay another $300+ and you can have 2 years..." So basically their screwing people into believe that if you "Settle" with them, your clearing a debit, but really their just making you pay 2 years advanced and forgetting about the collections. Its only when you go to pay month to month that they look back on your collections. Their never really clearing any collections. What FRAUDS! They can go f*&% themselves. I'm not gonna pay 2 years upfront nor am I going to pay your bull crap collections from 8 years ago! I gave them $400 of which I was told was going toward my collections but now they want to revoke my new membership because THEY didn't bother to apply it the way it was explained. If I owed, why would you sign me up for a new 2 year membership? Because you can collected it all at once... They also did this with my Husband... so if he misses their 1 time renewal offer before it expires, he'll be in the same boat. Money hungry thieves! and their family owned? HA! What a joke of a family! Ripping people off! Maybe the local news needs to hear this! Spend your money else where!
