First time I stayed at this location but not the first time I have stayed at a springhill suites. The front desk clerk was very nice and professional. Our room was still being cleaned when we arrived and we only had to wait about 5 minutes for them to finish it so she didn't charge us the parking fee. The room is average size for the chain. The beds are very comfortable. You get a mini fridge and single cup coffee maker along with a microwave. It is located right next to the hot metal bridge and the river trail. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment located nearby. We actually walked to the restaurant and around the area because the weather was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again
