Took my fur baby, Crash, in for his first grooming yesterday. Can't believe how hard it is to find an experienced cat groomer!
John was terrific with my baby, explaining fully to me exactly what he did to make Crash all handsome and happy again. Crash is a long hair, and he had developed some matting. I was prepared to be told he needed a Lion King cut, and I was delighted when that was not the case.
John says he shaves the belly because it is a very sensitive area, and that was where Crash had the most serious matting. He also had a mat on one hip, and John was able to get that out without leaving a big bald spot.
I'm very happy with John's work. Have already made a future appointment. I recommend.
