After writing this review, the manager from this location called me to inquire about the service I received and noted that she had read this review. She asked if I would be interested in returning, and I said sure, though I emphasized that it was not necessary since I had already trimmed my hair - the pieces I was not happy with. Nevertheless, she was pretty persistent (no in a mean way), so I agreed to return. My second experience was definitely more chill, but where was not much left to do to my hair because I had already fixed it. I did find it odd that when I asked for my hair to be dried curly, it made the process more difficult. They don't all have diffusers, and the concept of wanting curly hair seems to be foreign. I appreciated the great service the second time around, and the stylist was very nice. A+ for wanting to make their customers happy. :)
