I'm a medical patient who has been coming here since Marijuana became legal in this state. But today's experience was like no other. And since it's become recreational, this place has become completely disorganized and lacks the wonderful customer service it once provided. Being short staffed when it's extremely busy and overstuffed when it's slow, it's seems as if the management team is unaware of what's really going on. Especially at night. It's a disaster!!!... Now today's experience will be my last. As a medical patient, you don't wait and should move right on through. But not today. Apparently, since they were understaffed in the front, and the manager is nowhere to be found to help, I had to wait 20 minutes before heading on back and ordering what I needed. Which only took, literally 2 minute since I knew exactly what I came in for. But then AGAIN, I had to wait another 20 minutes to checkout because noticeably, one of the three cashiers needed to go on break and again, no one to cover the cashier or the manager to help out in sight. But the worst came at the end. When it was my turn to pay. Now as I waited those 20 minutes to pay, I observed EVERYTHING! And to my luck, the cashier, Nakidra, who I didn't want to service me, because she seem all over the place without really getting anything done accurately, did. I asked her the total because it seemed lower than I knew it was suppose to be, I mentioned that an item was missing. She said she would have to do it in two transactions which could be done. Great! I thought to myself. But failed to mentioned I would have to go back out and repeat the same process that I had just experienced until AFTER I made the purchase. Are you kidding me? I'm not spending another 40 minutes to purchase the other item they forgot to add on to my purchase basket. Nakidra sealed my bag and said, "Go ahead and put this in your car and come back in." I said instantly, "I believe you just said you I could make the purchase in two transactions. Why are you sending me back to do this process again?" At that time she began to get flustered since it seemed she was stressing out because the purchase line was getting longer with only two cashiers available. She just wanted me to grab my purchase and walkout repeat the process and not say anything. But it wasn't what I came in for. It was the extra items I decided to purchase last minute since I waited so long. I asked her to refund the purchase for me and provide me with the item I originally came in for. Immediately her demeanor changed. "I need to grab my manager!" She said with an attitude and refused to show me the receipt of the purchase when asked until the manager appeared. FINALLY, like magic, the manager arose as if we had interrupted something important and had such an un-charming look to her face. She didn't say one word at all. She must have been on something and didn't want to be bothered. As the manager finished providing the refund, she quickly ran back to her hiding spot and disappeared. Now that Nakidra was processing the correct items, her posture and approach changed quickly for the worst. At this moment, all she really wanted was for me to get out of her sight. No one apologized for the lack of clear communication or for the wait, which I mentioned was unbelievable for a medical patient. And at the end, she didn't even thank me for coming in like she did the previous customers, and when I said thank you, no response. Until I repeated it the second time looking at her directly. Young and extremely rude! Never again. Now I'm headed to Oasis since I just found out they have California prices.
