This office does nothing but serve as a middle man for specialists. I went here for routine preventative care. I left with 4 referrals to other locations. During my visit, I requested a urine analysis that would be covered under my insurance as preventative. They did the requested tests but several tests that were NOT requested by me and that are not covered by my insurance. I then got slapped with $145 bill for the doctors visit and $600 bill for the urine analysis. I called the billing office everyday for 3 weeks and left messages. I also had my boyfriend try calling. No one ever picked up the phone or returned my calls. I also called the main office numerous times and each time they told me they would contact the billing associate Michelle Bitterman and tell her to call me back. I will not go back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone. Additionally, most of the good reviews for this office are from their own employees, such as Michelle Bitterman. Hi Michelle! I see you have enough time to post reviews all over the web but not call patients back.
