Dr. Karnia was the ONLY vet able to diagnose my poor old Geo. I had been going to another vet practice which did not specialize in cats and they had no idea what was wrong with Geo. They sent me to a 'specialist' in Mesa who was also unable to diagnose Geo. I finally found SCC and Dr. Karnia! Not only was she was able to diagnose Geo with a very rare disorder, but she also found me a 'people' pharmacy where the medicine for his condition could be compounded. Geo was 15 at the time of his diagnosis and I know that because of Dr. Karnia, he lived two more happy years. At 17, Geo developed a fast growing inoperable cancer. He passed away at SCC with me at his side. I will always love Dr. Karnia for her ability to diagnose Geo when no other vet could!!
