I don't ever come to this side of town. Since I was in the area, I decided to give this nail salon a shot only because my sister said she really enjoyed it.
Yeah, no. Probably one of the worst experiences I've had.
First, let's name some of the pros:
-Came in on a Saturday evening for a gel manicure and was greeted by a friendly lady.
-She was helpful as we went over products and pricing was reasonable
-Sat down immediately and had a technician gel up my nails
Cons:
-The place was small in comparison to my usual nail place, felt cramped and looked dirty
-Not a lot of color options for gel
-THE ENVIRONMENT/EMPLOYEES...
My technician was anything but friendly. Didn't say a work and was only speaking to the other employees in another language. I felt like I was being criticized and overall not welcomed there. There was a point where she pointed directly at me and others started laughing...
Nope. I came here to spend my own money and enjoy myself after a difficult week only to feel like crap and pay for an okay nail job? Nah.
-The UV light box barely worked and smelled awful when turned on. It also really burned my nails...which I have never felt before.
Overall, I do not recommend coming to this place. I felt stressed out and unwelcomed as soon as my grumpy technician sat down after a cigarette, who clearly did not want to go back to work after her break.
