We stay here every year and every so often and my parents come to visit us st the MGM. My parents knew they got free parking with the military Mcard which allows free self parking.
However we were attending a dinner and I had called prior to my parents arrival about the valet parking so they would not have to walk so far.
I spoke to Jane at the concierge service and she mention that valet parking was free as long as I show them the Military Mcard when I check out.
Of course when I went to the valet parking they charged us $16 although I did mention they said it would be free with the Military M card.
Needless to say they charged me anyways when I got back to the room I called the concierge back and said " hey you said it would be free "? and they said I was supposed to check with the Front desk with that card.
Now for military people I think you "well" deserve a lot more free or discounted rates then most of us considering you served our country. And not to have get the runaround.
