This place is a scam. They have a sign that says $7 parking but then when you actually go to park, it's $15. There's no attendants who work there and no one picks up the phone number when you call. It's also terrifying to leave the garage as all the doors lock behind you in the stairwell and many of the doors to the floors are locked. We had to go through an emergency exit door to exit. Under no circumstances should you go to a Target Park.
