****BEWARE**** First thing to know...Sprint has the worst coverage in the Valley, next thing to know is BAIT AND SWITCH.
I wrote a very long ordeal about this store but due to 5000 max characters I will make this short and sweet! First off EDWIN A. Do not believe anything that comes out of this guys mouth. This guy may be the biggest con man and liar I have ever dealt with in any business. Secondly if You have an issue with the East Flamingo Store You will most likely be directed to JESSY T. Jessy T. does not care about any of the issues that his co-employee created and actually has a nonchalant attitude of let me check your bill and see what we can do for you. Please if I can make one suggestion due to my experience at this store. Just read all the recent posts and go somewhere else other than Sprint especially the store on East Flamingo and especially away from Edwin. You will highly regret ever coming to the store and ever signing up with Sprint. I hopefully can return the items that were quoted as "free" , "No Installment fee" and the "No activation fee". If you have come to this store and read this post be sure to clearly go back and review your charges and fees and look for your total charges. My total charges after leaving the store were $1077.97 I paid $220 in store the rest was added to my bill, and those throw in and free items were also discreetly added to my bill and broke down as monthly charges and fees. Instead of a quoted monthly bill of $105, my actual first bill arrived as $170+ dollars and as to it being a bill that was to arrive about 45 days later because of my immediate payment. It actually arrived 6 days after purchase and it was due on the 14th of June 2015 which was exactly 21 days after initial purchase. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPRINT AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT GO TO THE SPRINT STORE AT EAST FLAMINGO!!!
