I went through the drive thru on my way to work 7:25am. Ordered a coffee, was told how much it was and to pull forward. Gave her my debit card, she gave it back and my coffee all was good. At night I checked my receipt before tossing it and I was charged for a dozen donuts. I called the next morning and was basically told I was lying. The manager said I had no proof that all I ordered was coffee. I was appalled. I wrote the corporate office and no one even took the time to contact me. What ever happened to customer service. I will never go back there again. Rude people
