Ok this is strictly aimed at the service department, my vehicle had gray substance on the dipstick tube and they told me that was normal and until I had a drivability problem they could do nothing for me. Knowing that gray oil is not normal took vehicle to another dealership where that dealer performed the proper testing and yup found out I needed a head gasket due to a small leak and it took them a whole 30 mins to find this out. When my wife went to pick up the truck at serptini they were very rude and specifically said "well we can't fix something if nothing is wrong". Thank God the other dealership fixed the problem as we tow with this vehicle and could of been left stranded. I have bought 2 new vehicles from this place in the last two years, it is safe to say that I will not even return to this place for the free oil change I have left on the equinox. If you can't service them, don't sell them then. Very disappointed
