I was surprised at this place. Their strict "all sales are final" is a big turn off. I get it though, but come on "stuff" happens. I dreaded buying another bridesmaid dress that I would only wear once. I had a pleasant experience here on a Saturday morning. I got my dress and the shoes I didn't want to wear (but had to). The shoes I purchased were in a box. I never thought to look at the bottom of the show. When I brought the shoes home, my husband scolded me for spending what I did on a pair of shoes I would only wear once. He was also ticked off that there was a rhinestone missing. I had called before I got to the store and they gladly took the shoes back and ordered me new ones. It was sad but those shoes were very dirty on the bottom. A tip- just buy the new ones because you don't know whose dirty feet were in there first! (Herpes)
