Lived here for a year, a couple years ago. It was fine. The appliances and overall style was a bit outdated, but having access to pools, a hot tub, a small gym, volleyball courts, a little dog run, and a generally safe neighborhood was nice. The general demographic of residents is very mixed--some students, some families, some young professionals. I had one problem with a loud student party happening late on a weekday night, but it was just that one time, and once the police came (yeah, I resorted to calling them after a small fight broke out) it quieted down. We had just a couple cockroach and scorpion encounters, but it's the desert, so what are you going to do? Overall, we had a 2 BR/2 BA for a very reasonable price. Management was always friendly and maintenance, which was just a phone call away, was quick to respond to maintenance requests. Guest parking was usually decent, too, in my experience, which was nice, since I often had friends over. It's nothing extravagant or elegant, but it met my needs just fine!
