VERY CLOSE TO Peoria Sports Complex, Trader Joes, and Dillards. This is a very small boutique hotel building. Customer service was excellent and the free breakfast in the morning was better than the ones at Fairfield Inn and Suites. . GOOD Free parking Free wifi Free breakfast with waffle maker, GLUTEN FREE blueberry muffins by Udi, and other normal continental breakfast items. Microwave, refrigerator and bar in kitchenette area. BAD Living room is not separated by a door, rather just a partition that goes halfway through the room, so it's still one big room with 2 queens and a sofa pullout . Bathroom door only secures and separates the toilet/shower from the bedroom. Can't blow dry hair or watch TV after kids go to bed. Most "suite" places separate the bedroom from the living room with a real door.
