EXTREME DISRESPECT. I was there on 9/5 and experienced extreme disrespect at this location from employees and overheard staff talking badly about clients after hours when they thought no one was listening. Unprofessional and unhelpful people. I would suggest going to any other shipping station in Charlotte.
