I haven't personally gone here for anything, but the clinic I went to (I had just moved here so I didn't have an actual primary yet) sent my samples here. The clinic told me I didn't owe anything... But 5 months later I get a call from collections telling me that Sonora Labs has been trying to get a bill to me. I was FREAKING out!!! I'm really good with paying my bills so I didn't understand. Turned out, the clinic didn't have my complete address so mail was being returned. After waiting a while on hold to talk to someone, Ethan answered and I couldn't even get my last name out without crying. I was so frustrated and confused and didn't know why I'd be sent to collections, that the moment someone would just listen to me, I broke down. He calmed me down, got my information, assured me that they were simply trying to verify a correct address (not collecting) and that my credit was fine, and sent me the bill via a secure Cisco thing. I could barely breathe while talking to him, but I hung up feeling much better. Thanks a bunch Ethan.
