I love this store. Before we went here we had gone to 12 other furniture stores looking for a leather couch and love seat and we were about to give up when I found this place. Caryle helped us find the perfect couches and she was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. I was nervous about customizing a couch and ordering it without seeing it but she had so many samples and pictures that I felt good about it. We received our furniture 2 weeks ago and it only took 5 weeks as opposed to the 8 that was quoted. We had a slight imperfection on one of the cushions and Caryle had me send her pictures of it and she ordered a new cushion ASAP. I love the customer service there and I love the relationship that we have with them, it doesn't feel like some big box store where you are just some customer. I would recommend them to everyone and we will be back to purchase an ottoman.
