I am so very impressed with this hotel! When I booked the room, I wasn't expecting much; I booked it for it's location and convenience: close to Epic with a shuttle bus. I actually was so very pleasantly surprised. The staff is SO friendly and personable, they treat their guests like friends and are very accommodating. The room was pretty with modern features, I stayed in a King Suite and have plenty of space. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and really appreciated the occasional happy hour with prize drawing. Most people stay at this hotel for Epic training, and the staff does a really good job at engaging the guests. I've never stayed at a hotel that tried so hard to entertain and get to know us. I'm back at Epic in 2 weeks and already booked my room here :)
