I booked in April or May and had vow renewals in Sept and everything went so smoothly and efficiently. I cannot understand why there were a handful of bad reviews on here and other sites. All the consultants were very accommodating and met all our needs and had everything ready before we got there. I got everything I wanted and got to substitute stuff (just ask, they're so willing to accommodate your day!) We also got discount for hotel rooms by booking through the chapel so that was a plus! Thank you so much for making my wedding amazing and everything I had wanted and more! The staff were so easy and pleasant to work with! Our photos came out super cute! We had a small party therefore we got to take a few pictures with our family members in our photo package (which is not included). I highly recommend this chapel and their services. It's seriously the best rate and the chapel scenery is classy with beautiful spiral topiaries. The officiant was also very easy to work with. I called almost every single hotel with a chapel and chapel on the strip to get the best deal/package and Excalibur was by far the best rate and service was impeccable!
