This agency has put me through more crap than any other company ever, in my life. And all for $26. They (especially Johnnie) lie and pass the buck back and forth between the company and the agency, with no one ever being honest. I cancelled my insurance in writing on 9/27/2016,and again 3 times in October, once being a letter from my new insurance carrier, before 10/21. On 10/28, they attempted to take money from a checking account that I had closed 6 months earlier. When there was no money in the account, they sent me a returned check fee for $26 which I refused to pay because I never authorized JUSTIN LOEBER to take any money from any of my accounts. I made MANY calls to the company and the agency, with them repeatedly telling me that they would take care of it. I filed a complaint with the NVDOI, which was eventually closed. They say that they received a copy of a signed authorization from the company, although the NVDOI and Allstate have never sent me a copy. I don't believe it doesn't exist. And if it ever did, why would they still be authorized to take money when the policy is cancelled. I drove to this office and johnnie lied to my face. Be very cautious with this agency. I personally will never use ALLSTATE for anything ever again. I'm so grateful that I never had to file a claim, I can't imagine what I would have went through.
