I love the atmosphere of Camelback Inn resort and addition of restaurant BLT was a nice touch a few years ago. But things have changed, atmosphere can only take you so far, the food and service has to stay on par and regrettably BLT has failed at that. Been there many times and easily give it the 4 or 5 stars, however last night they failed from start to finish. On seating time (30 mins off reservation time), no waiter for 10 mins, then the problems stated. Confused busboys, unengaged waiter, unfindable manager. Oh as for the food, only 3 of the 4 entrees arrived and of the those steaks that arrived they were cold yet burnt. Sure they reduced the bill but ruined the night, Try Steak 44 or Cityhall until they work out the management
