Thank you Phoenix Coffee! Until I found this coffee shop, my days in Cleveland were miserble. I am an espresso fanatic, I prepare my coffee at home with Chemex coffee maker manually. I refuse to drink coffee from automatic coffee makers. I am not a Cleveland native. First couple of years here, I only knew Starbucks and Caribou Coffee(yikes big time). Where I grew up, there were barista owned private coffee bean shops all over town. So, Phoenix Coffee literally saved my days in Cleveland. Now I drive 4 miles to get a couple of coffee at Phoenix when Starbucks is located just around the corner. Phoenix is my favorite "real" coffee shop in town while Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is my my fav back in California. I especially lile Blue Moon Blend. Phoenix Coffee introduced me "breve" drink too. Back in the west coast, I had never seen breve drink. Caramel breve latte drives me crazy! so yummy and rich.
