How can I give this place no stars. The most unprofessional and rip off place I know in Las Vegas area. I don't even know how do they stay in business
My story is this December 2014 after my son dropped an iPhone 5s on the floor I took it for repair to the store. Phone has been booked in around mid day.Soon after I receive the call saying that is nothing to do to the phone is completely not functional. I told the worker I am ok with his opinion and I'm going to pick up the phone soon to take it somewhere else for a second opinion. Unfortunately the second day we had a bad news about the member of our family who lives outside the country. I left the country then came back up in the January to pick up my phone. Is when the reality hit me ,apparently my brand spanking new iphone 5 has disappeared. I have asked to talk to the worker who booked in the phone. Surprise surprise the worker has be fired.hmmm , talk to the manager they told me the manager is going to tell me the same story then I asked to talk to the owner and apparently thru text message told his worker that there is nothing they can do about it
End of the story a 600 dollar phone with a small damage from dropping it to the floor has completely disappeared. I haven't been reimbursed neither receive an apology for it. All I received was a" you should have come earlier because we throw the uclaimed items to the trash". Yeah right go tell that to your mama she might believe you I don't eat dog s***
Again stay away from this business if you care about your laptop or phone I've learned that the hard way
