Took my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee in for routine maintenance. It had 36k miles on it, $600. When I got it back & drove at high speeds it felt like it was missing. It was intermittent. This never happened before i took it into the dealership. I took it back three times. The did a diagnostic on it. It showed nothing. I took it back a fourth time The manager & i took a ride. He felt what I described but then said as i was breaking there was another issue .. wtf!! The tech looked at it & said I needed a new transmission mount & drive shaft. This was finally fixed. Then my contact texts me back & says the issue is still ocurring.. wtf again! Now they say it's the transfer case. They had no idea when it would be in. Wtf! Lottsa wtf's! Lol! Almost a month later i called & miraculously the part was in. They installed it. Thank goodness I got the extended warranty. It was only another $100. I drive it for 1 1/2 weeks & now the malfunction light comes on . Wtf!! I took it back, they said it was unrelated to the work they did. Sorry, I'm calling bullshit on that. Interesting that several people told me about their negative experiences there & a few salesmen voiced their opinions about the service dept. I don't think I'll ever be back unless I want to have more issues with my Jeep.
