I came here in hopes of getting some help for my anxiety and help to stop smoking. When I arrived, I had the new patient forms to fill out. One of the forms claimed they would not prescribe antianxiety (barbituates) meds on your first visit. Ok. I signed it I was thinking I don't want short term fix anyway I want long term help. When it came time to see Dr. Cisneros he didn't want to talk about my anxiety at all. Didn't ask about symptoms or how I was feeling. I tried telling him it's so bad that I had an attack that morning and had to call out of work because of it. In the middle of my sentence he says "i know. You want the drugs" here's a script for chantix to quit smoking. That'll curb your anxiety" Then he left the office and someone else came in to finish up. He made me feel like a drug addict hooked on pills. I don't feel like he gave two craps about me and he judged me based off my reasons for seeing him. Come to find out the script he wrote me isn't covered by my insurance ($600 without insurance) and now I'm left with $140 doctor Bill and no meds. Total waste of time. Won't be going back. I'm so disappointed in my treatment I received. Maybe its becaise im white and went to a hispancic clinic. I don't know.
