Had my tile and grout cleaned last week. Left a big mess on the tile, didn't clean the corner of the grout were it meets the walls. When asked to do it the moron got an Attitude and ran out of the house like a 2 yr old and squealed the tires on his truck and took off...Needless to say when we called in to complain, the office said the manager was "Out of town for the weekend" I'll hold my breath for a phone call back! Glad we wrote a check. Stop payment!!
