I have to give this place 4 stars based on value alone. I don't know how they stay in business. Not because the food or service sucks, it doesn't, but because a lunch plate that provides 2 meals for me costs $3.99. Soup, an egg roll, and a pile of fried rice and Kung pao chicken. $3.99!? And the food is decent. Not great but good enough that I've been back a few times already. $3.99!
