Embrace Pet Insurance is a waste of money. They refused to pay for any of our claims, an example being they said that the treatment for our dog's infected paw couldn't be covered because we didn't get a thorough orthopedic exam before we took him to the vet. It was a new infection that couldn't have been prevented.
They continually made up any excuse to not cover our claims and reimburse us - which is the entire point of insurance. During our time with them they didn't reimburse us for anything and we ended up cancelling our insurance.
