Very BAD management here, if that's what you want to call it. Katie seemed to be very nice and attentive getting me into a unit, but she, or someone, screwed up big time by not giving me a working access code. I came back after dropping off my first load, and it was after office hours, but still within access hours, so when I punched the code I was given, it didn't work! I logged into my account on the company website, which is handy, and I double checked the code, and sure enough, it was correct, but wouldn't open the gate! This delayed my move for at least 15 hours!! I knocked on the window of the "on site, live-in manager," "Veronica," but she was USELESS! So was the "video security" company, "Stealth Security" BASED IN TEXAS! (WTH???) As I wrote this review (after telling the worthless, virtual and unmotivated attendants who refused to help me), a loud automated voice sounded off saying, "Warning, you have violated an area protected by a security system, and the authorities have been notified." An authority, like the cops, would be nice, as they are the only ones willing to open the gate after hours as the STUPID access system doesn't work reliably for paying tenants!!! Actually, Veronica called the cops on me just for sitting and waiting futilly for the gate to open!!! What nerve she has as she parks in a handicapped space! I listened to that ridiculous security "warning" until access hours ended. The cops apparently didn't buy their hysterical B.S.
