When I scheduled my appointment the receptionist said they took my insurance BCBS Alliance network and assured me they check prior to appointments.
I scheduled this visit 2 weeks in advance and set up a sitter. I was really excited to meet Dr. Zuzak because I had read great things about her. When I came in for my appointment the woman at the front desk asked for my insurance card and said they don't take my insurance. I told her that I had scheduled this appointment a long time ago and I should have been informed prior to my appointment if they didn't take my insurance. The woman told me the employees name of who scheduled it and assured me that she works in billing she knows for a fact. No apology or empathy, just a cold hearted no. Poor customer service at this place.
