They gave me such badly cupped tires that my car shook!!
They said I might need to get a balance which they did not offer until the tires were all the way on. The car pulled so hard to the right it felt like I needed an alignment!
I took it to my brakes guy and he showed me how uneven they spin due to cupping. He said it was causing the shaking and pull so he moved the tires to the back.
It stopped.
Later when I returned and spoke to the manager she said I could not put the amount I paid toward new tires even though they did not have a matching, decent set in my size. I also didn't get the all-season tires that I paid $20 more for each.
