I've noticed service going down in this location for while now. Today was the worst. First, no one acknowledged me or the other customers waiting behind me for several minutes, even though employees not making smoothies looked over and saw the line. While I was the first in line, my regular smoothie was only made after the 3 customers behind me had already gotten their smoothies and had left. My smoothie was so messy, I had to wipe it off a few times before I left. I'm not going back.
