My first visit and sadly my last. I would not even attempt to recommend let alone
allow any of my friends, family or acquaintances to experience this place. Went
for breakfast, arrived around 9am. Wanted to order one of their
juice blends but was told their juicer was broken. No worries, they still had o.j. and grapefruit.
We waited and waited and waited for our food, we ordered eggs and pancakes, you know
simple breakfast fare, nothing fancy or complicated. An hour went by and still no food, at this point we discussed leaving but decided to stick it out. After an hour and twenty minutes our
food came. It was meh not bad but not great and for sure not worth waiting almost an hour
and a half for. The table behind us said something to the waitress after our food arrived because they had placed their order before we did. They said their kitchen is small and they do the best they can to fulfill the orders. I'm sorry but many restaurants have small kitchens yet they have systems in place to execute orders in a reasonable manner. I also noticed other people getting their food served to them before we got ours even though we were seated before they even walked in the door. Unacceptable! Extremely poor management and complete disregard and disrespect for other people's time. It seems the owners don't
care to resolve issues since my experience mimics many others. Sad.
