Not happy with my "sns manicure." My manicurist, Hannah, was not trained on how to do a gel powder manicure. First, she used the electric file to remove cuticles and rough up my natural nail (she removed way too much nail!). Hannah also pulled a hangnail which caused it to bleed. Owner did apologize and offer neosporin. She then applied the sns product, then applied a gel top coat and placed my nail under the light to cure. This is absolutely no the SNS system protocol, light should not be necessary. The finished product is ok but not at all what I asked for or what they advertise. Owner should make sure his employees are well trained and correctly applying product. Also, There was no lotion or hand massage after polish was applied to my nails. I will not be back and would advise anyone looking for nail services to look elsewhere. *photo is 1.5 weeks post service. You can see the dark line at the bottom of the gel, that's where she removed too much of my natural nail.
