Where to begin...well, the choices are limited due to being on the secure side of the airport, but in retrospect maybe I should have just gotten a bag of chips from the news stand.
1, service is INCREDIBLY slow...never a good thing in an airport when you're trying to make your flight (it shouldn't take almost 90 minutes!)
2, the menu consists of a couple of sandwiches, 3 different burgers, and 2 "favorite dishes", yet they can't even stock enough food to fill out a basic order with this limited menu (manager, that's a poor job by YOU, it's your responsibility to order supplies)
3-after taking an eternity to get the burger I ordered, it wasn't prepared correctly. It's pretty hard to screw up a burger, but they managed to do it. Kindly teach your cooks the difference between rare & medium well. Oh, and since this is WISCONSIN please teach them what kind of cheese is what, they got that wrong too.
Other than that, it was absolutely perfect!
