Our experience at VIP was absolutely horrible. The owner was extremely disrespectful towards myself and wife. She had come back after her nails had chipped after two days. Immediately, the owner began to verbally abuse my wife by calling her a liar, along with "a spoiled little brat." The owner was not only unprofessional, but insulting to my wife who had been a loyal customer for years. Needless to say, we will never come back to this salon.
I would suggest everyone to get their nails done elsewhere to ensure an enjoyable experience.
