I had to get some incredibly specific electrical work done that was making me crazy. Something simple, but it had to be done in an overly specific way. I called Brad, and we set up a time for him to come out. He's a busy fellow to coordinate with, but when you set up a time with him, man, he's there. We looked at the options on what needed to and could be done, and set up a plan from there. He went to get the needed parts, and belted out the issue in no time. The biggest thing is how absurdly specific this request had to be in order to satisfy the condition. He was very patient with how it needed to be specified, and wrote a VERY detailed invoice that, if it doesn't satisfy the requirement, I don't know what to tell the powers that be. I appreciated Brad's time, quality of work, patience, and sense of humor in working through "Electrical Drama Fest 2017". I am very pleased with the work, and can highly recommend his speed, skill, and ability to work with the customer. And he's a nice guy, so there's that as well. QUICK UPDATE: After his work yesterday, something else electrical (but completely unrelated) conked out because... of course it does when it comes to anything house repair related. Home repair goes up there with root canals in terms of being an exhausting process, let me tell you. Nevertheless, based on feedback, he was able to deduce what exactly was going on, and provided amazing tech support to get the job done over the phone. I've never had any electrician that is not only this tech savvy just by description, but accommodating. Brad absolutely knows his stuff, and with that comes my highest possible recommendation for his service. I will absolutely use him again when that need arises.
