Received a phone call from dr Mancuso's office after bad experience to give office another try. Went back and was very pleasantly surprised, and happy I did. Everything was back to normal. All of the staff including the doctor treated me like a VIP. Everything was explained to me upfront especially the bill bc my insurance company doesn't pay for my medical eye condition. I really believe that I made the best decision to go back for my eye care, and will continue. Everyone deserves a second chance.
