Friendly. Rented a U-Haul to move. She thought it was anytime after 8am, but it was a scheduled appt for 8am pick up. Luckily we were still able to get a truck after the fact. Easy to pick up and go. They charge extra for the dolly. In Cali, it's included in the truck when we moved. Thought that was interesting. Dropped off and waited for a bit before being helped.
There were two people in the officer, man and woman, looked like they were flirting, but not worried about customers. Anywho, Got its job done
