By far the worst hotel experience ever. At this price level $$$$ Up all night with noise from night clubs pounding music, at 3 am still banging away. Beds were made with cheap down quilt and pillows that were itchy. Staff was very friendly and when I checked out at. 3:15 am to go home they assured me my room would be comped ... We will see stay tuned!!!!
Update, 03-19-16 Well, the Hotel Palomar charged my credit card even though I was assured by the staff my room was comped. I again called and was reassured this was an error and my account would be corrected. 03-22-16 my account was credited the full amount, also the hotels assistant manager has extended a generous offer of a free room for the night of my choice at the hotel. Kudos to you Palomar and thank you! I bumped you to 4 stars....
