Huge cleanliness issues with the vehicles, poor customer service. Sadly it's just a matter of time. This isn't the first time we've rented a car and it's been very dirty. How difficult is it to have someone go around to maintain your vehicles??? I mean they charge a fee for everything else. And no one ever lives up to 1-2 business days committed for follow up. And the cycle repeats.
