Had an Excellent experience when I walked into the Bakery at Fry's, it is my Moms 80th Birthday tomorrow & I need a special cake to help make the experience unforgettable. My Family is flying in from all over the country for this event. I have been to this location years ago & received good even not so good service but today I gotta give Big Props to Nicole in the Bakery, she is very friendly, happy to be there & EXTREMELY helpful in describing all Frys has to offer for cakes! I ordered a half sheet, with buttermilk, red lines on the top, purple on the bottom, fresh strawberries layered inside the cake. Normally I would have been done, however Nicole proceeded to tell me they can add ballons that stick out of the top of the cake & ribbons on the bottom along with my preferred inscription. I had an idea of what I wanted when I walked in but Nicole is on another level with her helpfulness, design ideas & making this cake very Special for my Moms!
I bought some other items for the party which is tomorrow and received an extremely happy & helpful cashier in Shelly, love your attitude! This store has recently gone thru a remodel & I have to admit it was tricky trying to find items but the most important thing that has changed is the attitude of the Frys employees when no Managers are watching. You now have a customer for Life in myself, anyone I tell & my Family.
Thank you Nicole, Shelly & Frys you have some awesome employee's that go above & beyond to make shopping for groceries an amazing experience, never thought I would say that but great customer service (Really) does STILL exist at Frys on McClintock & Baseline!
